Developer Support

Developer support is available to develop new features, or emergency bug fixes that cannot wait until the next release of A2Billing.

We spend some time with the customer, developing a software specification so that each party has a clear idea of what needs to be achieved. When the specification is agreed, we will provide a fixed quote for the specification, as well as provide the integration and training on the new feature if required.

For most jobs, the costs of development are €150 Euro per hour, with a minimum of €300 Euro in most cases, or €900 Euro per day. However, if the feature is regarded as of interest to the wider community, Star2Billing may at their own discretion offer to part sponsor the development, and reduce the prices accordingly.

We would normally recommend that the customer undergo training with us, or has a good knowledge of A2Billing before commencing development work, A2Billing is a very flexible application, and it may be with a slight change to either the business model, or to the workflow, the desired result can be achieved at lower cost.
