General Support
General support is provided to assist with any area except development, e,g, training, consultancy and technical support.
As an open source company, support is provided on a best effort basis, and is delivered by email, phone, or instant messaging as appropriate.
The costs are €100 Euro per hour, or a bundle of support for 8 hours valid for six months is available at €600 Euro.
