Multi-Tenant PBX
The A2Billing Multi-Tenant PBX was developed to meet the needs of landlords who have multiple business tenants sharing the same premises, and is providing managed office services.
It allows each individual office, large or small, to have its own PBX, based on FreePBX, with all the features one expects of an expensive proprietary system, but at a fraction of the the cost.
The A2Billing Multi-Tenant PBX system includes, but is not limited to, call conferencing, Voice Mail, Voice mail to Email, IVR, queues, ring groups, time conditions, call divert, and much much more. These features give the PBX customer a “Blowfish” effect, making them seem bigger than they really are, and present a professional face to their organisation.
A2Billing is used by the landlord to bill the calls to the tenants, as well as to manage DID, and other services. The A2Billing Multi-Tenant PBX differs from the IP-Centrex system in that line cards are supported, so that the system can be connected to the landlord’s physical telephone lines making compliance with regulations concerning calls to the emergency services very much easier, as the calls can be routed out via the local PSTN.
Once installed, and training is delivered, the system is easy to maintain and configure, with web based interfaces to control the major elements such as creating new PBX’s, configuring the customer’s PBX, and managing customers accounts and payments.The billing of the calls can be done on a postpaid or prepaid basis.
Pricing
The final cost of installing the A2Billing Multi-Tenant System depends on the knowledge and experience of the customer with A2Billing and FreePBX. As with most Star2Billing products, the software is free, we simply make a charge for installation, training and consultancy.
Assuming no knowledge of either FreePBX or A2Billing, then you should budget for €3000 Euro which includes training and support on both products. However with knowledge of A2Billing or FreePBX, large discounts can be offered on the basis of a reduced support and training requirement.
