Power Dialer
The power Dialer or predictive dialer described in more detail in the solutions pages is usually installed in a single server, although for large scale deployments, more servers can be deployed to allow a greater number of concurrent calls.
The customer will need to supply a server which is publicly accessible, as well as VoIP or PSTN termination.
Pricing
As with most Star2Billing products, the software is free, we simply make a charge for installation, training and consultancy. The costs for installation and training will be as per the managed install for a single server system, but the customer should purchase parts one and two, which amounts to €1000 Euro; this includes 8 hours support and training to help the customer deploy their product.
